What We Do
Educate
We strive to educate ourselves and the community about topics that we may not have learned in school. We want to educate upon a variety of diverse perspectives.
Collaborate
We believe that by working together we can achieve a common goal of equity. Hence why we work with teachers, administrators, parents, community members, and other valuable stake holders.
Organize
We are organizers. We will be loud and hold administrators and key decision makers accountable. We will not stop fighting for equity!
Who we are
The Fairfield Equity Coalition is made up of alumni and current students of Fairfield Public Schools. We work alongside the leaders, parents, teachers and community members to achieve equity in Fairfield.

We support artists, organizations, leaders, students, and the community around us that advocate and promote Anti-Racism, and equity within the schools and community. Our mission is to educate and promote a more inclusive and equitable community for all.
