Our Projects
We strive to continuously work and produce projects to ensure our town is moving in the direction of being an anti-racist community. Our committees are designed to work in a flow to produce our projects. They aren't only projects that focus externally, but also internally. We work with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to reflect the community within our work.

Promoting Anti-Racism and Racial Equity in Fairfield Public Schools
In the winter of 2020, the Fairfield Equity Coalition published their first report. This report includes an itemized list of Actionable Changes, Survey Data, Resources for the District, and a Timeline of action.

Activism Through Art
The Fairfield Equity Coalition and the FEA Anti-Racism Committee has collaborated to bring student art to our local public schools. Our Mission is to promote anti-racism and social emotional health through the use of different art mediums displayed throughout Fairfield Public Schools.

Supporting the Community
The Fairfield Equity Coalition was formed in June of 2020 to push for a more equitable Fairfield Public School system. Since then, we have expanded and work to make the Fairfield community more Equitable. We support other community organizations through various actions.
